Find your direction.

Take your next step.

Start building a life that fits you.

You don’t need more pressure, more productivity hacks, or more advice that doesn’t stick.

You need space to think clearly. You need support that actually understands you. You need a way forward that feels real.

That’s what Whole Person Coaching is for.

I help you reconnect with what matters most, cut through the noise, and move toward your north star—with clarity, confidence, and momentum.

This is for you if…

  • You feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what comes next

  • You’re pulled in too many directions and can’t focus on what matters

  • You’ve tried systems, plans, or advice that didn’t stick

  • You want clarity, but your thoughts feel scattered or blocked

  • You’re navigating a transition, burnout, or a major life shift

  • You have ADHD (or suspect you might) and need a different approach

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a place to start.

What you’ll get from coaching

This isn’t surface-level motivation. This is real, grounded change.

In our sessions, you will:

  • Get clear on what actually matters to you

  • Identify what’s getting in your way (without judgment)

  • Reconnect with your strengths and inner direction

  • Break big, overwhelming thoughts into real next steps

  • Build momentum in a way that works with your brain—not against it

You’ll leave each session with more clarity, more self-trust, and a stronger sense of your next move.

My approach: Whole Person Coaching

You are not a problem to solve.

You are a whole person—with values, emotions, experiences, patterns, and strengths that all matter. A change in one aspect affects the others.

My coaching looks at the full picture, including:

  • Direction, purpose, and meaning

  • Emotional blocks and internal resistance

  • Confidence and self-trust

  • Relationships and communication

  • ADHD-related challenges and strengths

This is a supportive, judgment-free space where you can think, explore, and grow.

About my coaching credentials

I am currently actively working toward my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

As part of this process, I am completing advanced coach training and logging coaching hours.

What this means for you:

  • You receive thoughtful, high-quality coaching grounded in professional standards

  • I am committed to ethical, client-centered coaching practices

  • I am continuously improving my skills with every session

Why work with me?

  • Warm, supportive, and real—not clinical or rigid

  • ADHD-informed and grounded in real-life experience

  • Focused on clarity, momentum, and meaningful change

  • You are treated as a whole person, not a checklist

This is a partnership. We figure it out together.
